Thank you for your interest in employment with SPA Women’s Ministry Homes. SPA exists to lead women and families struggling with life-controlling issues and addiction to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Qualifications of all positions:

  • Must be ministry-minded and align with SPA’s Christ-centered mission and Faith Statement
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Has effective verbal, written communication, and problem solving skills
  • Well organized and detailed oriented
  • Pursues godliness and integrity 
  • Possesses interpersonal skills and the ability to love, value, forgive and teach others
  • Works well independently and with a ministry team
  • Assertiveness– ability to challenge, confront and offer corrective feedback to others

Current Job Openings: 
 

Evening Home Lead

Position Hours: 3:00pm-9:30pm (seven days on, seven days off)
Starting Wage: $14 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee evening groups and activities
  • Oversee Wednesday night phone calls
  • Pass medications
  • Answer phones
  • Report maintenance needs to Home Coordinator
  • Oversee outings, indoor and outdoor chores/work with clients
  • Actively supervise and engage with residents

  • Attend staff meetings

     

Overnight Weekend Staff

Position Hours: Overnight Fri., Sat. 8am-1pm/ Overnight Sat., Sun. 8am-1pm
Starting Wage: $75 overnight, $14/hour 8am-1pm 

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor resident scheduled activities

  • Follow nightly lock up prior to lights out

  • Pass medication

  • Oversee resident room cleaning on Sat. morning.

  • Lead morning devotions

  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled

  • Facilitate mandatory exercise on Saturday

  • Unlock resident rooms after med pass

     

Home Coordinator

Position Hours:  9am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: Based on Experience

Responsibilities:  

  • Uphold daily schedule for residents

  • Provide daily leadership & direction to SPA residents
  • Oversee SPA residential application process
  • Answer phones
  • Monitor upkeep & maintenance of the home
  •  Maintain daily organization at SPA home
  • Actively supervise and engage with residents
  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled
  • Uphold SPA rules & expectations
